Located in the market town of Masham, easy walk to all the town amenities and the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and easy access to the cities of York, Leeds and Newcastle and the town of Harrogate. 10 mins from the A1 motorway.

Our courtyard garden is fully enclosed and private. Each property has its own gate. BBQ in the garden for summer use. The Stable Block patio doors open to the garden.

We are fortunate to be located in town where you can easily walk to everything - 2 breweries, 3 cafes, 5 pubs, galleries, historic church dating back to the Doomsday book. Only a mile away is a great golf course and also a spa and country club with day access. Take a short drive into the Dales or over to the Yorkshire Moors. Three horse racing courses in close travelling distance, Ripon, Thirsk and Wetherby and 45 mins to York, Leeds and Harrogate.

Period farmhouse with attached Victorian Stable Block. Grade II listed. Dating back to around 1700's. Comfy living areas where you can spend time together or time on your own - large bedrooms - comfy beds.

Morton House has 2 living rooms, the more formal Green room with Chesterfield sofas giving the experience of living in a period property but with all the home comforts. The comfortable TV room has a wood burning stove and large flat screen TV, full SKY package and is perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

The Stable Block was converted in 2006/7 to the cosy 3brm self catering holiday accommodation it is today. The downstairs bedroom opens to the garden and is suitable for limited mobility with an ensuite shower room all on one level.

Perfect for family get togethers this property is ideal for multigenerational groups and families wanting to share time together making precious memories.
