The house is located in a very quiet and green place, within walking distance to the lake and just 2.5 km from Lazise town centre. There is a laundry room for common use with a washing machine on the lower floor.
Included in the price is free entrance to the Camping Park delle Rose and its services: free wi-fi at the reception, swimming pools with slides and for adults and children, beach, children's playground, animation programme, soccer ground, fitness area and table tennis. Additional services available for a fee include tennis court, minigolf, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, beach bar, swimming pool bar, minimarket, and ATM.
A new house is currently under construction in the garden next to the flats. The owners have informed us that from 19 May 2024, the work will be stopped.
2024 GUARANTEED OPENING OF SERVICES: campsite opening 18 April and closing 06 October. Swimming pools from 24 April to 30 September. Animation from 12 May to 15 September.

Double-bed sofa, Sat-Tv, Wi-fi, air conditioning/heating. Large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, and safe. Bedroom with two single beds, small wardrobe, bathroom with window, shower box, bidet and mirror. Access through the stairs to the large garden furnished with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Suitable for families with children or groups of friends looking for a place near the lake, in a quiet position with all the comforts of a holiday village.
The total price consists of:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the property owner
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
Compulsory tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Compulsory refundable security deposit of €300.00 to be paid by credit card on arrival.
