Beautiful and large air-conditioned vacation home with private pool without neighbor and in the heart of the small village of St-Gervais on the Gard between Provence, Cevennes and Camargue.

The townhouse is close to all amenities and close to rivers. Be seduced by the unplastered stone facade and the large garden with pool and barbecue area behind the house. This beautiful village house is warmly and refinedly decorated and offers 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms.

You are 5 km from the rivers where you can canoe, picnic or swim. Also just 5 km away is one of the most beautiful villages in France, La-Roque-sur-Cèze, as well as the magnificent Cascades du Sautadet. Discover Goudargues with its cafes, restaurants and its shady canal, the magnificent gorges of l'Ardèche, the caves of Orgnac l 'Aven, de la Cocalière, Discover also Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche and its night markets, the village of Aiguèze, Barjac, a village of character with its flea markets and markets. Or Uzès, a magnificent medieval town near the famous Pont du Gard, with its duchy, its church, its Place aux Herbes where there is a huge market every Saturday morning, its glaciers and Provençal stores and for the gourmets, the Bonbon Museum!

You can also enjoy a variety of hiking or biking trails through wild landscapes, a rich gastronomy between cheese, cold cuts, fruit and chestnuts. During the summer, in many cases, bullfighting events are held.
