The holiday is right outside the door. Unteruhldingen is the perfect starting point for any activity on and around Lake Constance. The apartment is located only 300m as the crow flies from the lake and 10 minutes walk from the promenade. The modern and fully furnished apartment with 55sqm and a large garden offers the usual comfort of home and offers a nice feel-good atmosphere. A beautiful large and terrace in green quiet garden invites you to linger and barbecue. The gas grill can be used. The seating group has 6 places.

The apartment is also ideal for a family (bunk bed with 1.40 x 2 and 1 x 2 meters beds, and 2 x 2 meters sofa bed with a ultra comfortable viscose topper).
