Beautiful apartment with panoramic views and private pool, located in the heart of the vineyards and very quiet, on a huge flowery plot, on the heights of the village of St. Maurice-sur-Eygues. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and bright, with a view of the famous Mont Ventoux and a magnificent view from the large shaded terrace.

The friendly and charming village of Saint-Maurice offers an interesting architectural heritage and is surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills. Here you are in the production area of the Côtes-du-Rhône wines as well as the area of the famous Nyons olive oil. In this authentic region, where the vineyard is king and the local wines are excellent, this peaceful village lies at the foot of the Southern Prealps with its stores and its square with plane trees and beautiful fountain. The perfect starting point for beautiful walks in the mountains.

In the Drôme Provençale, in addition to hiking, cycling or horse riding, you can enjoy many other activities: paragliding, climbing, canyoning, swimming, fishing, relaxing in the thermal baths (in Montbrun) or even bowling, karting, billiards and much more.
