Very nice vacation home at the gates of the Roanne Valley on the edge of the small village of Espenel in the Drôme.

Against the backdrop of the Massif du Vercors, this beautiful semi-detached vacation home benefits from a large panoramic terrace on the south side, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, dining al fresco while contemplating the magnificent views of the surrounding wooded mountains. The inviting and comfortable garden furniture promises a relaxing time outside. The interior is beautifully designed, characterized by noble materials and a strong presence of wood and stone.

Situated on a hill, it overlooks the wild Drôme River with its bathing beaches. You are ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Saillans, dominated by the Trois Becs mountain. Forests, vines and valleys make up this landscape, punctuated by the purple lavender field. Numerous cellars characterize the vineyards of Clairette de Die. It is also the land of Picodon cheese, crunchy almonds, honey and ravioli.

Enjoy the pleasure of swimming in the river or in the Roanne Valley, go fishing or canoeing. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails provide access to small, secluded chapels in the mountain. Take off in a glider or paraglider, roam the mountain villages such as Vercheny, St. Benoit and St. Sauveur en Diois, not to mention Saillans, whose picturesque alleys host a Sunday market. Don't miss the keep of Crest and the historic village of Die. Also to discover is the national forest of Saou, known for its international climbing site and its exceptional fauna (eagles, marmots, chamois).
