Die Doppelhaushälfte ?Stechelhus? liegt in Groß Schwansee ca. 800m vom Strand entfernt. Auf 3 Ebenen verteilen sich 90m² die ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen bietet. Im Erdgeschoss werden Sie von einem hellen und großzügigen Wohn-/ Essbereich mit Kamin empfangen, der unter anderem mit einem TV- Gerät, einem Blu-Ray-Player sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler u.v.m.). Von dem Wohn-/Essbereich haben Sie direkten Zugang zur großen, möblierten und sonnigen Terrasse. Ein Elektrogrill steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Weiterhin befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eine Sauna mit Dusche sowie einem WC und einer Waschmaschine. Über eine schöne Holztreppe gelangen Sie in das 1.Oberschoss, in dem sich zwei
Schlafzimmer, jeweils eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Leseecke und TV-Gerät, befinden. Des Weiteren befindet sich in der 1 Etage ein Vollbad miot Badewanne, Dusche und WC. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten steht Ihnen im 2. Obergeschoss zur Verfügung.
Der PKW-Stellplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 200 Euro ist bei Anreise in bar zu hinterlegen.
