Schwarzsee ****: New, modern furnished 3.5-room-NR-Dachwohnung (106m2). Bright, cozy living / dining room with fireplace and open kitchen. South-facing balcony with panoramic views of the Zermatt mountains, the Matterhorn and the village.

Our apartment house lise within 10 to 15 minutes walking-distance from the railway station Zermatt in sunny and quiet surroundings and offers a direct view of Zermatt and the Mattehorn.

Also just a few walking minutes away, you will find yourself in the centre of the village with its numerous shopping facilities and its beautiful old centre. Also within walking distance is the Gornergratbahn, as well as the valley station (Talstation) of the Sunneggabahn and the bus station, which are both connected with a new lift situated a bit up the hill of our house.

During the winter, you can almost ski up to the front door from the skiing area Sunnegga-Rothorn and in the summer time you can start your hiking trips directly from the house.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur perfekt. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingrichtet, modern und sauber. Der Blick aufs Matterhorn ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Auch nach intensivem Nachdenken fällt mir hier nichts ein;-) Restaurant: Ze Seewjinu - Mountain Lodge auf der Abfahrt vom Gornergrat nach Gant. traumhafte Lage und tolles Essen. Ausflüge: Gipfel Klein Matterhorn - Höchste Seilbahn in Europa mit traumhafter Aussicht bis zum Mont Blanc. Ausgangspunkt der längsten Skiabfahrt in Europa.”
