Beautiful family villa in Mougins with private garden, heated pool and gym

Beautiful and spacious family villa with private garden, full airconditioning, heated pool and large gym, suited for up to 8 people. The villa is ideal for parents with (young) children. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet, closed exclusive Domaine, 5 minutes from the centers of Mougins and Mouans-Sartoux. WIFI and Sonos available in the entire villa.Very special is the large (8m-4m) private gym with A/C, professionally equipped with treadmill, rower, exercise bike and bench press & weights, accessible for people 16 year and older. A nice and quiet workplace has also been set up here with a good (wired) internet connection, monitor and printer. EV Charging Station (22kW) available - inclusive in the price. Upstairs a spacious open plan living room and kitchen (both with airconditioning), with large dinner table, open fire and a comfortable TV corner with Apple TV and Playstation 3.The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge and breakfast area. Dining area with open doors to small terrace overlooking pool and garden. Bedroom 1 (double 180x200) with separate WC and bathroom with shower and sink. Stairs to downstairs. Master bedroom 2 (king-size double, 190x210) with ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Open doors to terrace/garden. Bedroom 3 (two separate beds, 90X200) with open doors to garden. Bathroom with WC, bath, shower and sink. Bedroom 4 (king size double 180x200), with adjacent atrium living/TV room (Apple TV) with open doors to garden. Baby cot and high chair available. All bedrooms have airconditioning.Outdoors:The beautiful and well maintained Mediterranean garden is flat with a large pool (11m-5m) making it ideal for families with (young) children. There are several seating areas including a large dining table in the outdoor kitchen. Furthermore there is lounge-set and parasol at the pool and sun-loungers under the pergola in the corner of the gardenThe heated swimming pool, centrally located in the garden, descends gradually down from about 1 meter to a depth of 1,90 meters. The pool has an electrolysis pump, which means that the water feels slightly salty and easier on the skin compared to a chlorine pool.The outdoor summer kitchen is well equipped with open fire, pizza oven, fridge, wine fridge, hob, and BBQ. There is an outdoors bathroom with WC, shower and sink, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.The property has a private drive with carport, plenty of parking space and automatic gate. At the back there is a small garden writer’s room / study.All amenities are available in the nearby villages (5 minutes), with bakery, butcher, winery etc at walking distance (10-12 min). Mougins is a delightful hilltop town with small streets, beautiful little art shops and renowned restaurants, among the best at the Cote D’Azur. Mouans-Sartoux is a busy little place with a large street market, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and all shops available. Grasse 10 minutes with its lovely perfumeries. To the South, only 20 minutes away, is Cannes, with its yachts, fine-sand beaches and luxury shopping.
