Holiday House is located a few hundred meters from the ancient Roman road called Via Cassia, right outside the center of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, halfway between Florence and Siena, in the heart of Chianti and surrounded by the famous hills that made Tuscany known all over the world. The Country House is close to a romanesque church dating back to the 5th Century, and is made of 6 charming holiday apartments with private pool belonging to the Fusi family, that ensure relaxing holidays in Chianti to all its guests. When choosing this accommodation, guests will enjoy a unique holiday in farmhouse in Tuscany, a few kilometers from the town center , yet surrounded by nature.

All the holiday apartments are equipped with satellite TV, Free Wi-Fi and independent air conditioning system. The large swimming pool is at guests' disposal, surrounded by lavender bushes and roses, in the middle of the grass garden. Il Cortile Holiday Apartment is situated entirely on the ground floor of the House with private access to the lovely garden where you will be able to spend unforgettable relaxing moments. This apartment is equipped with a private loggia where you can enjoy your dinners with the tasty food products of Tuscany. BBQ and Air Conditioning are also at guests disposal.
The apartment is made of a large living room with lovely fireplace and comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
On the same floor there are also 2 bedrooms ,one double and one twin and two private bathrooms with shower. Shades of pale blue decorating walls, upholstery and all accessories will ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment.
