This charming vacation home with private pool and beautiful views of the Hérault countryside is located near Pierrerue. It offers plenty of privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the magnificent and relaxing view of the varied landscape of the Saint-Chinian valley from the pool terrace. Perfect for a vacation full of rest and relaxation while enjoying a delicious glass of wine from the local winery. From the living room you have direct access to the pool terrace as well as to one of the bedrooms. The pool of the villa is located on the right side of the property and is surrounded by beautiful terraces with garden, sun loungers and umbrella. The large stone barbecue is located at the edge of the terrace.
From this cottage are beautiful walks and tours nearby: Pierrerue is a small village on the hills with beautiful views of the valley of Saint-Chinian. There are many different hiking trails through the regional nature park of Haut Languedoc, museum visits and bike paths. Not far away are a canoe-kayak center, a mini-farm, several nice markets and the beach about 45 minutes away. In the village itself there are a large number of wine producers where you can buy wine directly. You can do your shopping in Saint-Chinian (2 km), where there is a market twice a week (Thursday and Sunday mornings).
The beautiful villages such as Roquebrun (9 km), Bize-Minervois (15 km), Minerve and Olargues, which are among the most beautiful villages in France, are a must. Béziers and Narbonne are both interesting and historically important cities less than 25 km away. Pézenas, the city of Molière, the Cirque (valley) of Mourèze, the spa town of Avène and the coastal town of Gruissan are less than 40 km away. In addition, Carcassonne and even Spain are waiting to be discovered.

    “Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Alles super in Ordnung und perfekt ausgestattet, hier kann man in sehr ruhiger Lage gut Urlaub machen. Wissen muss man, dass die Zufahrt sehr schmal, sehr steil und zum Teil unbefestigt ist.
    Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel am Ende der eben beschriebenen Straße - sehr ruhig, aber man muss für jede Besorgung das Auto nutzen. In Pierrerue gibt es keinen Laden, sondern man muss nach St. Chinian (ca. 5 km), wo es alles inkl. Markt gibt.
    ACHTUNG: Das Haus liegt NICHT wie im Luberon! Es gibt zwei Orte namens Pierrerue, die aber ca. 300 km auseinander liegen.”
