Quiet, welcoming cottage in the Hérault with private pool in the middle of a wooded property! Only 30 minutes from the sandy beaches of Valras or Sérignan, 15 minutes from the Canal du Midi, 20 minutes from Beziers. The surroundings of is magnificent and very quiet. The small charming hamlet of La Manière, where this cottage is located, is in the center of a lush countryside, 15 minutes from St Chinian, a charming village. Discover the famous vineyards between Puisserguier and Creissan.
A library of French or English language books awaits those who love reading for a moment of relaxation. Whether in the park full of works of art, in the shade of pines and fruit trees (depending on the season: cherries, apricots) or on one of the terraces, there is a place for everyone. Children's games await our youngest guests, as well as removable tennis and volleyball equipment.
In St. Chinian you are in the paradise of mountain bikes. No less than 23 marked and labeled routes represent almost 400 km of routes, which have for all levels of difficulty.
At 9 km, the picturesque port of Capestang is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi with its walking and biking trails or sail along the canal in a motorboat (no license required). This charming and lively village is dominated by a magnificent collegiate church from which you can enjoy views of the Cévennes, the Canigou mountain and the Pyrenees, the Montady pond and the Oppidum of Ensérune. Children can enjoy the skate park, tennis or sailing, treasure hunt.
