Beach Apartment Brisa Marina is a uniquely located, modern apartment offering a huge private terrace and unobstructed views right over the beach of Puerto Pollensa. The apartment is located on the first floor, to offer the added bonus of one of the largest sea-facing balconies of Puerto Pollensa (including dining table and sunbeds). There is a large lounge, equipped with sofas, TV (free channels), wi-fi, dining table, patio doors lading to the outside, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms, spacious and welcoming, are respectively a double, a twin and a single, for a total of up to 5 guests. There are also 2 large bathrooms with bathtub + shower over.

For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00.
