A small villa with incredible sea views!!

This is a charming cottage type villa, set in a stunning seaside location. You will enjoy a bird's-eye view of the coast from your balcony and from the private swimming pool. And it’s just a few minutes walk down to the beach! End the day with a barbecue at the secluded front patio or dine out at one of the lovely restaurants in Maro or nearby Nerja. This is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday on an idyllic location.



Location and outside area

Its location is tranquil, peaceful and the frontal sea views are just unbeatable. The adorable village of Maro is a 5 minute drive away, whilst cosmopolitan Nerja is only 5 minutes more. The beach is hidden away from the crowds and remains relatively quiet even in the summertime. At the private pool (3x5 m), situated on a lower level, a sun lounger invites you to lazy afternoons with a good book. For your outside dinners, the front patio with built-in barbecue is the ideal spot.

Please note: a rock slopes down from the balcony and pool area, so younger children will need supervision.



Inside and lay-out

All the rooms of this cottage are conveniently situated one the ground floor. The neat, open-plan dining/living room is very comfortable and decorated in a rustic style with an open fireplace, a dining table for 6, a sofa-bed, an armchair, and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a vitro-hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms comprise one double and one twin bedroom, sharing a complete bathroom with WC, shower, and basin. There is also air conditioning and a safebox in the villa (both free of charge).

A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

    “Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Ferienhaus abseits vom Massentourismus sehr genossen. Der Ausblick auf's Meer vom Balkon und dem Poolbereich ist traumhaft - einmal haben wir sogar 2 Delfine gesehen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und die Außenbereiche sind von den wenigen benachbarten Häusern praktisch nicht einsehbar. Zum Strand läuft man auf kürzestem Weg ca. 5 Minuten (leider über eineMüllhalde). Es ist zwar ein reiner Steinstrand, aber dafür zum Schnorcheln prima geeignet und nur sehr wenig besucht (FKK möglich). An einer Strandseite gibt es versteckt unter Schilf auch einen flachen natürlichen Süßwasserpool, in dem man sich nach dem Baden im Meer gut abspülen kann. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man den Hinweise des Vermieters dazu folgen - das Navi schickt einen sonst auf eine längere nicht befestigte und sehr ausgefahrene Piste. In der Umgebung gibt es auch viele Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten. Eine Woche war viel zu kurz und wir kommen gern wieder.”
