These luxurious, spacious, detached villas are in a separate part of the quiet and small holiday village 't Hoogelandt. The villas (150 m2 living area) are situated on spacious lots of at least 600 m2.There are two types of villas. There is the NL-1796-42 with four bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the first floor) and two bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). There is also the NL-1796-43. This villa is the same as the type mentioned above, but with four bathrooms. Each bedroom of this type has its own bathroom. Both villas have a bedroom on the ground floor. The beds are box-springs, whether it's a double or not. All beds are made on arrival. The decor is modern, stylish and trendy. You will find a luxurious and very complete kitchen, a long, cosy dining table for the entire party and a spacious living room with flat screen and designer gas fire. You have underfloor heating, and there is a washing machine and dryer.Each villa has a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There's parking space for two cars.
