Ca' Romantica - Green Garden



The house is situated in a quiet place, perfect for who wants relax in the nature. Surrounded by big and green spaces with a wonderful lake view, easy to reach on foot or with the car.



The house is situated in Pieve di Ledro, in the location Doss di Pur, a very quiet position in the green of the wood. Composed by two apartments of 55 sq.m., with privates and enclosed garden, perfect for who wants to have a quiet holiday in the nature. They are situated in an isolated position with a wonderful lake view. The apartment is on the ground floor or 1° floor, and it's composed by a small living room with sat-TV, table with chairs, sofa, kitchen with refrigerator and small freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, stove with 4-fire, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, kitchen-tools and pans, bathroom with window, shower and hairdryer, enclosed and privates terraces-balcony with table and chairs, 2 bedrooms. Each apartment has a pellet stove, there is no heating.



Big and green garden, outside swimming pool in the summer with shower, and sun chairs, small fun fair for children, 1 outside park for every apartment, free wi-fi, washing machine with token to share.



Apartment will be ready from 16.00 pm, check-in 16-19.00 pm.

Check-out: within 09.00 am.

Dogs are welcome, on request and confirmation.

No heating but a pellet stove in the living room.



In few minutes you can arrive to Pieve di Ledre, where there are the supermarket, chemist, bank, restaurant, bar and the bus stop; and the dog friendly beach only ca. 15 minutes on foot. In few kilometers, about 20 minutes you can arrive to the Garda Lake. From the house you can start a lot of walks in the green or you can reach the beaches on the lake.

    “Die Ferienwohnung oberhalb des Ledrosees ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Ausblick auf See und Berge war traumhaft.
    Die Einrichtung war originell und errinerte an eine Berghütte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betreuung durch Manuela von Ledro House Appartamenti war sehr gut.
    Allerdings gab es auch einige Kritikpunkte, daher nur 3 von 5 Häuschen:
    - Lage entgegen der Beschreibung sehr steil am Berg. Vom See 500m mit 18% Steigung, die wir mit dem Rad gar nicht und zu Fuß nur mühsam bewältigen konnten.
    - Die Betten waren primitiv und sehr unbequem.
    - Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich war ebenfalls sehr unbequem zum Sitzen, hier fehlten uns 2 Sessel.
    - Im Wohnbereich nur Deckenbeleuchtung, hier fehlt eine u.E. eine Standleuchte.
    - Im Bad fehlten Handtuchhalter.
    - Die Wohnung war sehr feucht und klamm, so dass wir jeden Tag den Pelletofen auf unsere Kosten in Betrieb nehmen mussten.
    - Der Pool lag entgegen der Beschreibung unterhalb eines anderen Appartmenthauses und war nur über die steile rutschige Wiese, ohne Treppen oder Geländer, mit ca. 20m Höhenunterschied zu erreichen war damit nicht für uns nutzbar.
