This quietly located holiday home in greenery is situated in the district of Bobolino. It offers a great view of the valley and the village of Montelupo Fiorentino.

A terrace equipped with garden furniture is available to you in the outside area - the ideal place to relax and enjoy delicious food. Furthermore, a grill is available. The outside area additionally has a fenced swimming pool (non-swimmers’ pool: 90 cm depth, 2x5 m; swimmers’ pool: 1.5 m depth, 12x5 m) for exclusive use, as well as sun loungers and sunshades. The holiday home is surrounded by a large communal garden, which also includes a wooden playhouse for children. Furthermore, there are orchards and various plants in the outside area. Here guests may like to pick flowers and ripe fruit.

The house has a total of six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. The living area extends over two levels. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc. On the ground floor, a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms are also available to you; two of the bedrooms have a double bed and their own bathroom with shower, one bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub with whirlpool function. This bedroom is only accessible from the outside. A bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom with shower is located along the corridor. Upon request, a third bed can be added to this bedroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, towel dryer and hairdryer. Each of the four bedrooms has access to the outside area, and therefore to the garden and large terrace. Furthermore, each bedroom has a television at your disposal. Upon request, you can be provided with a maximum of two children’s beds for children of up to three years of age. On the first floor, there is a large and bright living room with large windows and a large terrace, which offers a great view of Montelupo and Capraia. The living room has a television (satellite TV). Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with shower on the first floor, and a three-bed room with its own bathroom with shower along the corridor.

There are many places that you can visit in the nearby surrounding area, such as Vinci, Volterra, San Gimignano, etc. The surrounding area is characterized by its unspoiled countryside of rare beauty. It is further known not only for art and culture, but also for its wines and its culinary tradition. The village of Montelupo Fiorentino is about 2 km away and has good public transport connections (train, bus). The distance to the airport of Florence is 24 km. Florence can be reached by train within 20 minutes, while Milan and Rome can be reached within two hours. The distance to Pisa is 60 km. The distance to the motorway is 0.8 km.

The holiday home is accessed via a private road. It has three photovoltaic units, a solar thermal collector and a rainwater collection system. Upon request, the landlord offers a transfer to / from the airport (prices on request).
