This 1 bedroom vacation apartment is located in a quiet street on the property of a villa, whose garden and pool you can use. The apartment has a separate entrance and a private terrace with table and chairs. You enter on the first floor a sitting area with a chair that can be folded out into a single bed, a TV and DVD player. Right next to this room is a toilet with a sink and a washing machine. Stairs lead you to the second floor and the main area where you will find an open kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and 2 hotplates, coffee maker and toaster and a small dining table with four chairs and another fold-out chair. Next to the kitchen is a large bedroom with a king size bed, built-in wardrobes, a TV and DVD player. The bedroom has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. The bedroom leads to an enclosed terrace with two comfortable chairs, a stool and a table where you can enjoy beautiful tranquil views. The garden can be used indefinitely by you to play or relax.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating, WI-FI and shares a large covered terrace, garden and pool with the owners who live on site. The pool is heated with solar panels, so the temperature is 34 days a day from May 1 to the end of September. There is a barbecue for the exclusive use of guests.
El Chaparral golf course and the beach are both just a short walk away. Golf clubs can be rented upon request. The owners have two dogs, so this accommodation is not suitable for guests with allergies or no pet lovers.

    “Sehr gemütliche Gästewohnung im Obergeschoss einer wunderschönen Villa der Urbanisation "El Chapperal" direkt am Golfplatz und Golfclub, Fussweg zum Strand ca. 500m.
    Im Aussenbereich 1 Terasse, 1 Wintergarten mit Blick auf die Hügel von Mijas und ein traumhafter Pool quasi zur Alleinbenutzung.
    Die Hauseigentümer sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.
    Für uns als Ehepaar mittleren Alters mit Hund ist die Wohnung absolut perfekt. Bei Buchung sollte man allerdings bedenken, dass man in dieser Region ein Auto braucht, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden möchte.”

    “Ausstattung komplett, nichts zu beanstanden. Wohnung und Pool sehr sauber. Älteres englisches Ehepaar super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hunde stören überhaupt nicht. Der Garten ist einfach toll. So ruhig haben wir noch nie gewohnt!!
    Die Fahrt zum Haus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da Einbahnstraße. Vom Golfplatz kommend muß man wieder bis zur N340 runterfahren und dann wieder zum Haus hochfahren. Von der N340 kommend ist es am besten, allerdings muß man - wenn man von La Cala kommt - über El Faro fahren. Etwas umständlich, aber man gewöhnt sich dran.”
