This semi-detached house is located 15 km from the center of Bergerac between Creysse and Lalinde and adjoins the house of the discreet owner.

Here you will enjoy a private outdoor space with a beautiful raised terrace, a large lawn and a beautiful view over the countryside. A beautiful above-ground pool is reserved for you and will give you moments of relaxation in the sun. A table tennis table is also available. The kitchen is located on the north side at the back and leads to the private terrace where you can admire the British-style lawns.

The Dordogne is a region that offers many activities and wonderful places to visit. The Château de Monbazillac can be seen 15 km away and the beautiful bastides of Eymet or Monpazier will delight history buffs (30 km). Golfers will take care of their swing on the 7 km Château Les Merles course. You can also discover Le Buisson de Cadouin and Belves, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Also worth seeing is the pretty medieval village of Issigeac (13 km).
