An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 65 sqm and with lounge, dinette, TV and safe. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed and dinette. You have access with garden furniture. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and dinette. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture. Kitchen 8 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (1 flame), exhaust hood, refrigerator (160 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the balcony to the terrace. Bathroom 10 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
