These holiday apartments near Ambra (3 km) are situated in a romantic hillside location in the vineyards. They are tastefully furnished and each has an outdoor seating area. On the spacious grounds, guests have access to the communal pool area with sun terrace and covered seating; there are also several covered seating areas and a private, fenced fishing pond. The owners run a small restaurant (only open at weekends, reservation required) in the building slightly above, where you can enjoy Tuscan cuisine with a glass of home-made Chianti. You can also buy the Chianti wine on site. The peaceful location and friendly hospitality on site invite you to linger and relax by the pool, browse, take short walks through the vineyards or meditate while fishing, plus enjoy good food and drink: what more could you want? But there are also numerous excursion destinations: The gently rolling hills around Siena are particularly suitable for cycling tours. By car, you can easily reach the enchanting city of Siena with its world-famous piazza, the Campo (40 km), where the characteristic Palio horse race takes place on 2 July and 16 August, as well as Arezzo (30 km) with its historic centre, the Piazza Grande and the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco. You can also reach the city centre of the beautiful cultural city of Florence directly by train from Montevarchi (13 km). The thermal baths of Rapolano are around 30 km away, ideal for a relaxing day of unwinding. A nearby outlet offers good shopping opportunities (10 km). Baby cot on request.
