This comfortable, tastefully furnished holiday home (split into two independent units) with private pool is located in a panoramic position, in a small side valley at 500m altitude near Castel San Niccolò (5 km). At the heart of the house is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living area with open fireplace that offers direct access to the terrace. The house has a total of three bedrooms, each one with an en-suite bathroom and all have direct access to the wrap-around terrace of the house. The house has been decorated with care in an ornate Italian style. The pool can be heated and covered depending on the season and comfortable sun loungers will allow guest to take full advantage of the long summer days. On site, guests will also be able to enjoy the barbecue and garden furniture, for the family meals ‘al fresco’. Should you require some further relaxation there is also a sauna (two persons) and Jacuzzi and gym available for guests at and extra cost (payable locally). From this holiday home you can easily reach the small village of Castel San Niccolò with its restaurants, bars, grocery shops and medieval castle. In the area there are further places of interest including: the lovely town of Poppi (15 km) and Bibbiena (18 km), plus we highly recommend taking the time to visit Florence and Arezzo, both about 40-50 km distance. Please note: The owner lives in a part of the house with a separate entrance on the lower floor. On request, he offers cooking service or cooking classes for preparing typical Tuscan specialities. Baby bed on request and against payment.

    “Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die beiden Vermieter super-lieb, man kann zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit die beiden kontaktieren.
    Wir haben uns dort so wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause, wären auch gerne noch länger geblieben!
    Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Küche top ausgestattet!!
    Einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend.
    Wenn man allerdings nicht aufpasst, verpasst man das Haus und irrt hilflos durch die Gegend, so wie wir.”
