One of the oldest farms in Yttre Gällereböke, built towards the end of the 19th century in a rural area on a natural plot with a small courtyard. The main house has been renovated, mostly preserving the original style. The large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove and separate oven is from 2019. Two living rooms, one with fireplace and the other with SAT TV. Two bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the 1st floor. Separate pool house built with a 25 m² pool, sauna, underfloor heating, toilet and shower. In front of it is a terrace with a beautiful view, high quality rattan garden furniture and a beautiful bathing tub, which promises wellness in the open air. The farm is ideal for family vacations.
It is 40 km to the skiing area Vallåsen. Deposit and final cleaning on arrival and payable locally. Electricity costs are according to consumption, also paid on site. Småland moose safari in Markaryd, 4 km. Satellite with German and Swedish channels. Hiking trails directly at the cottage.

    “-Sanitärausstattung für 8 Personen ist ungenügend (nur ein Badezimmer)
    -Sauberkeit und Hygiene ist in allen Bereichen ungenügend (z.B. Bad mit Schimmel befallen, Betten unsauber, keine Reinigung vom Pool)

    “Wir können dieses Ferienobjekt durchaus jedem weiterempfehlen, der in Südschweden Urlaub machen möchte. Die ruhige Lage und das große Grundstück versprechen einen erholsamen Urlaub. Tagesausflüge von hier nach, bspw. Helsingborg oder Halmstad oder ans Kattegatt sind kein Problem, man benötigt nicht viel mehr als eine Stunde Fahrzeit. Die geräumige Küche und der große Esstisch erlauben es durchaus 8 Personen gemeinsam gemütlich zu essen. Die Austattung des Ferienobjektes ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Einzige Anmerkung: In den Feuchträumen, gerade auch im Poolhaus und in den Duschen, haben sich im Laufe der Zeit Stockflecken gebildet und auch einige Küchengeräte haben durch den Gebrauch gelitten, hier sollte der Vermieter Abhilfe schaffen. Das soll unsere generell positive Meinung jedoch nicht abmindern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unserer Meinung nach auch angemessen.”
