Holiday Apartment in Cagli with Common Pool and Wonderful View

This property affords a beautiful view over the highest peaks of the Apennines: Monte Petrano, Monte Nerone, Monte Catria and Monte Acuto. Farming families used to live on this country estate of around 65 hectares at 550 metres above sea level and work the land. The natural stone country house, where several families lives, and the hay barn, both from the 16th century, have been restored true to the original, preserving the characteristic style.A leisurely holiday in pristine nature, surrounded by corn fields, olive groves, sunflowers, fruit trees and forests. A paradise for hiking enthusiasts, with wonderful paths leading through a fabulous panorama, as well as for mountain biking fans, with beautiful trails

The apartment has a terrace, a big garden, a pool in a panoramic location, a boccia alley and a barbecue.

The apartment has a living room-kitchen with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a mocha machine for Italian coffee, a filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment, an electric stove with four rings and a microwave. Satellite TV is available. There is also a big bedroom furnished with a super kingsize bed, as well as a bathroom. Our agriturismo is especially suitable for couples and families with older children.

Gubbio and Urbino are 30km from our country house, the sea half an hour’s drive.

Our guests can also use a spacious, tastefully furnished lounge on the ground floor of the main house, with a library, piano, fireplace and cosy corners for reading and relaxing. The lounge opens onto a large veranda, offering a wonderful view over the mountains and the garden, where you can enjoy fabulous sunsets in the evening with a glass of fine wine.
