Holiday House in La Rochelle with Large Terrace
This holiday house is in a quiet area near the centre of La Rochelle, in the Petit Marseille district. The cosy house classified as two-star was renovated in 2015. It provides 85m² of living space and has new furniture and beds. It is suitable for up to six people. The two bedrooms overlooking the garden are each furnished with a double bed 140cm wide and a wardrobe. There is sofa bed for two further people in the living and dining room. The dining space has a large table with six chairs. The modern, white built-in kitchen includes a small dining space and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, a cooker hood, a microwave, a convection oven, a washing machine, a dryer, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom is fitted with cupboards, a towel radiator and a bath. The toilet is separate. An ironing board, a steam iron, a clothes stand, a hairdryer and a washing line outside are provided. The house is fitted with electronic blinds.
The site is fenced in and is therefore ideal for children. A small gate provides access to a sunny little front garden, where you can have breakfast on the terrace with a little table and two chairs. You have direct access to the kitchen from there, as well as the bedroom, the little veranda and the dining room. The rear garden of 200m² with mature trees cannot be looked into and has a large terrace, garden furniture, a grill, a deckchair and a wooden shed. It provides access to the living and dining room and the bedroom. You can dine or relax under the trees in the garden. There is a parking space in front of the house.
Bicycles and information material about the region are available free of charge in the house. Towels and baby equipment are available on request for a fee.
There are shops and restaurants 500 metres away. It is 200 metres to the bus stop. You can cycle along the canal on the nearby cycle paths or go for a walk there. Guests who enjoy sports activities can find squash courts and a fitness studio just 300 metres from the house. The Thalasso therapy centre at La Rochelle Sud Chatellaillon, the Gulf of Marsilly and the La Rochelle airport are within a ten-minute drive.
