The apartment is situated on the first mezzanine floor with lift (to the first floor only). From the living area you have access onto the equipped terrace where you can relax and enjoy your outdoor dinner. Thanks to the main road which passes underneath the apartment Desenzano is well connected with Sirmione with its famous thermal baths (10 km), Peschiera del Garda with the amusement parks (15 km) and with the characteristic villages above the lake such as Riva del Garda, a surf paradise or Padenghe sul Garda, where you will find an excellent native olive oil and wines. From Desenzano you will reach the Veronese river of the lake by boat in a few minutes. Verona itself is at 43 km, Venice at 154 km. Centralized heating. Possibility to organize a cook service in the accommodation or cooking lessons (to request with the reservation and with payment on the spot). The apartment has air-conditioning. Possibility to charge electric cars in the internal parking. Welcome wine bottle on arrival for guests who can also take advantage of a discount in the bar - pastry shop in front of the accommodation.
