Historical places in the Tuscan countryside. Set in the heart of the Valdichiana on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, in an interesting natural setting framed by places steeped in history like the Etruscan Cortona and the old medieval villages of Lucignano, Foiano della Chiana and Sinalunga, is set La Contea, a wide peasant farmhouse divided into three apartments, suitable for groups up to 12 persons.

Visit the regions of Central Italy. The villages of Lucignano and Sinalunga endowed with shops, restaurants and all kind of services are only 3 km away and the most important towns like Siena, Arezzo and Perugia can be reached in just over half an hour drive, so the farmhouse is an ideal starting point to easily visit Tuscany and Umbria.

A wide green area, swimming pool and tennis court. A large outdoor space with olive, pine, cypress and oak trees surrounds the house. For the guests a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14m, depth 0,50-2,60m - open from 01st May to 19 September), a private tennis court and a gazebo equipped with barbecue and garden furniture.



Ground Floor: large portico equipped with table and chairs, sitting-dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
First Floor: with entrance via external staircase with small panoramic loggia we find two apartments; one made up of sitting-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. The other made up of sitting-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. In the annex close by the pool there are a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

    “Das Grundstück ist riesig und gigantisch, für Kinder ein Traum. Der Pool ist perfekt, mit Kleinkindbereich, Sprungbrett und Poolhaus. Den Tennisplatz haben wir viel genutzt, es gibt einen Grillplatz. Die große überdachte Terrasse bietet idealen Schutz vor der Sonne.
    Das Haus innen ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Gärtner reinigt täglich den Pool und kümmert sich um das Anwesen und auch um die Belange der Gäste. Wir haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche hier verbracht!”
