Holiday apartment near the beach with a balcony, in the small village of Kastel Luksic, between Split and Trogir
The holiday apartment is on the second floor of the house in the little village of Kastel Luksic. The house is near the main road and just 150 metres from the beach. The village is one of the seven fortifications between Split and Trogir and is rich in history. Kaštel Luksic is known for sad love story of Miljenko and Dobrila, as Croatian Romeo and Juliet.
The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a pretty view of the surroundings. The parking spaces are right in front of the house.
The 60m² apartment can accommodate five people. It has a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and toilet, and two bedrooms. The first has a cupboard and two single beds (90 x 200cm), while the second has a single bed (90 x 190cm). In the fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and dishwasher there is also a dining table with space for six people. The living room, which is equipped with an air conditioning unit, has a TV and a large sofa bed for two people (160 x 250cm when pulled out).
Many beaches stretch along the six-kilometre-long coast. The nearest is just 150 metres away. It is 200 metres to the nearest supermarket. The “Cultural Summer of Kastela” is held every year in July and August. More than 60 events including theatre performances, exhibitions, classical and popular music concerts, folk dancing and sports competitions await you.
