Apartments with a breathtaking view, in the front row by the sea

The house is right in the first row by the sea near the centre of Novalja, just 30 metres from the beach.

The family-run holiday house provides comfortable three-star apartments, where you can feel at home. They are on the first floor and so you can enjoy the wonderful view. Behind the house there is a large garden with a big grill corner, inviting you to sunbathe and relax outdoors.

There are also bicycles for hire, a cycle machine and a cot. It is possible to arrange washing, ironing and babysitting. There is plenty of parking space available. Free wireless Internet access is available in both apartments.

In the centre 500 metres away there are restaurants, a bakery, public transport, a butcher, a supermarket and a fishmonger. Opposite the apartment there is the bus stop with connections to Zrce beach.

Apartment with a balcony

This 45m² apartment can accommodate up to four people and features a pleasant and colourful design. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, which also has a dining table with chairs, a TV with satellite reception and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

Both rooms provide access to the glorious balcony with garden furniture, offering a wonderful view of the sea.
