Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site.

Bozkov, 650 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 800 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Garden fenced on 3 sides. The cosily furnished Holiday House is located in a small town in the Krkonoše (Giant Mountains) Foothills. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

central heating, underfloor heating. (Underfloor heating - for heating only). In winter, the fireplace is heated in the fireplace with ventilation to the next room. Facilities: baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid June to mid September, diameter 3,66 m, depth 0,91 m).

Cooking nook in the living room with dining area (8 seats), electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (16 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs).
