Ideal for family holidays, a relaxing stay or an adventure in the middle of nature!

Large Ticino house with new furnishings that make the environment warm and comfortable, renovated a few years ago. On the large stone terrace in front of the house there is a beautiful granite table which can seat up to 12 people. The barbecue area is located immediately after the terrace in the (fenced) flower garden. On the ground floor is the open kitchen, dining area and living room with a large fireplace. The spiral wooden staircase leads to the upper floors where we find: on the first floor two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom (shower/wc), on the second floor the rustic wooden bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and bathroom (shower/wc). Quiet and sunny position with a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the green and clear Verzasca river just a few steps from the house. Magnificent hiking area for mountain lovers with the famous Sentierone della Valle Verzasca, the Sentiero dell'Arte and the new path dedicated to families "BoBosco" starting near the house. Brione Verzasca is a typical Ticino village with origins far back in time as evidenced by the 12th century church with many Gothic frescoes and the Marcacci Castle, a former manor house. Private parking next to the house. Dogs are welcome free of charge.

Short stays (minimum 3 nights) are possible at the last minute, maximum reservation 30 days in advance.
