This 400-year-old village house has been carefully renovated to preserve the charm of its age while offering a comfortable and functional interior. The living areas are located on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. The bedroom with the single bed is adjacent to the master bedroom, so that the temperature remains pleasant in summer. The private terrace has a plancha and promises balmy evenings in a Provençal atmosphere.
A second terrace and a balcony are located at the rear of the house on the first floor, sheltered from view.
Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. You will be delighted by the proximity of a delicious bakery (50 m).
The salt pond of Courthézon is about 4 km away and is a nature reserve that offers an idyllic setting for a walk or a picnic.
A visit to the old towns of Avignon and Orange, a hike through the Dentelles de Montmirail and a cycle tour on the Via Venaissia are highly recommended.
