Private: garden (fenced) wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 700 m, sandy beach "Platja de Riells", diving center 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km. Nearby attractions: Ruinas greco-romanas d'Empuries 3.7 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 26 km, Parque acuatico Aquabrava de Roses 27 km, Skydive Empuriabrava 23 km, Casino-Festival de Perelada 30 km, Pitch and Putt Gualta - 18 hoyos 15 km.
