The holiday apartment (40m2) is equipped with a spacious bedroom, a large dining and living room, with an additional sofa bed, and a bathroom. In addition, the flat has a balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The flat is available for rent all year round, which offers the holidaymaker an extensive skiing area in winter and the possibility of extensive hiking in the Swiss mountain landscapes in summer. Winter sports enthusiasts have easy access to mountain railways and ski lifts (only about 10 minutes by car from Loye), which provide access to the Mont Noble ski area via Nax and the Cret du Midi ski area via Vercorin.

    “Voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung zu einem günstigen Preis. Positiv: Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Für 2 Personen ideal. Relativ kurze Fahrt bis ins Rhonetal. Schöne Aussicht ins Tal. Negativ: Bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen vielleicht etwas zu klein. Einrichtung zum Teil etwas abgenutzt.”

    “Zie boven! Positiv: Het uitzicht!!!!!!! Negativ: Het bed!!! Dat moet echt worden vervangen door een stabiele bodem met een harder matras dat niet doorzakt! Ik werd elke morgen met rugpijn wakker…….”

    “Positiv: La situation était parfaite, vue splendide, l'espace à disposition aussi. L'appartement est vraiment très bien. La personne qui nous a accueilli, M. Petrovski était très sympathique. Equipement de cuisine complet. Negativ: Contrairement au descriptif du logement, il n'y a pas de wi-fi disponible Ausflüge: Point de vue à Nax, piste de ski de Nax - Très prôche et pas trop de monde”

    “Für uns war es trotzdem perfekt,
    da wir in der Nähe viele Ausflüge machen konnten. Positiv: Die super Aussicht und die Ruhe.
    Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus Negativ: Die etwas in die jahregekommene Einrichtung.
    Das Fonduegeschirr war leider nicht vorhanden. Restaurant: Restaurant Pramagnon in Pramagnon - Sehr gemütlich, kleine aber spezielle Karte. Wir assen Raclette à discretion Ausflüge: Gorges du Durnand, Bovernier - Tolle spektakuläre Schluchtenwanderung 1h”
