The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home and is furnished in a functional style. The property is located in a residential area. Also due to the view over the valley from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture and campfire site. Badminton, croquet and 2 golf pits. Volleyball playground. Cot is available on request. In summer you can buy for the BBQ in the garden fuel the landlord.

Location
Košťálov, 400 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartment is located right on the border between the Giant Mountains (region Spindleruv Mlyn) and Bohemian Paradise (Region Semily). Thus, it is very well suited as a starting point for many excursions, for example to Spindleruv Mlyn in the Giant Mountains or the Bohemian Paradise Kozákov. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
