A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a 35 m² hall distributes to three suites (each with a complete bathroom and toilet), a double bedroom, a dormitory for 4 people, a complete bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, an independent toilet, and a shower room.
All bedrooms are exterior and have fans, with high ceilings on the upper floor and standing fans on the ground floor.
The exterior boasts a furnished terrace with a dining table, a garden for children to play, an olive grove, and a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 20 x 3.5 meters.
