The modern attic apartment was completed in 2017 and offers space for two people. It combines northern German charm with modern living culture and energy efficiency. The geothermal underfloor heating provides a cozy atmosphere.
The living and kitchen area is made for cozy, cozy evenings for two. The high-quality induction stove and the oven at standing height offer a lot of comfort when cooking.
For nightly rest, the cozy box spring bed in the separate bedroom. The sleeping experience directly under the thatch next to the walk-in closet and the sunset view over the fields complete the romantic, North Frisian ambience. The interior is altogether allergy-friendly.
The highlight of the apartment is the roof terrace for your sole use. This is sheltered from the wind and open for sunny moments at your disposal. Enjoy nestled between the thatched roofs a glass of wine or the first coffee in the morning. The high-quality beach chair adds to the vacation atmosphere. Here you can relax wonderfully.
The apartment also has a safe for your personal valuables, insect screens in front of the windows and a lockable bike shed (shared with guests of the first floor apartment). The Wi-Fi radio also has a Bluetooth connection.
On the first floor of the house is the vacation apartment DSH333. The entrance area with staircase is used by both apartments; each apartment has its own, of course lockable entrance door.
The property is also the ideal starting point for excursions, extended bike tours and long walks.
Klanxbüll in the north of North Frisia is easy to reach by train due to the railroad line to Westerland on the island of Sylt and is ideal for exploring the entire Frisian coast with islands and Halligen.
Equally short distances can be found to Denmark with the bathing island of Rømø, to Husum with its castle and crocus blossoms, to numerous natural fishing waters, to the nearby Emil Nolde Museum, as well as towards Flensburg with numerous shopping options.
But also locally supermarket, bakery, cafe, train station, doctor and restaurants are within easy walking distance. A folder with tips and important information is available for guests in the house.
