Our beautiful, brand new apartment is located barrier-free on the ground floor of the new panoramic house in Friedrichshafen, Windhag, 2.5 km from the city railway station and only a few meters from the bus stop. The house is a low energy house, KW 40, built in 2016. The energy efficiency house 40 is equipped with a photovoltaic system and a mini combined heat and power plant with gas boiler. From the panoramic apartment you can enjoy a fantastic view of the opposite Swiss mountains and partly of Lake Constance, which is 400 meters away from the house. The first swimming in the lake can be reached in less than 1 km on foot in about 10 minutes / bike 4 minutes, the beach is only 1.5 kilometers. The nearest supermarket, a REWE market with integrated bakery is 500 meters away, restaurants and restaurants are available for all tastes and budgets in the entire area. In and around Friedrichshafen, we have some attractions such. the Zeppelin Museum, the Dornier Museum, the school museum, our waterfront with the Moleturm, the castle church and last but not least the fair Friedrichshafen. Highlights are e.g. the trip by catamaran to Constance, with the steamers of the white fleet from excursion destination to excursion destination or with the zeppelin a flight over the lake.
