The studio is located in a detached single-family home and is furnished in a modern style. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. The house has 2 large parking spaces suitable for 3 -4 cars. Garden and on the south side of the house a barbecue garden with fireplace, small kitchen and covered dining room, which guests like to use, especially in the evening.

Supetar. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartment DAL BRA 401 (7 people) is in the same house. A very good location, as there are 3 very nice main beaches in the immediate vicinity. In Supetar - the capital of the island, there are several supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds. Various events take place in the harbor promenade in the evening. In the vicinity of our house there are modern hotels, tennis courts, a football field. Car ferry connections with Split are very frequent, almost every second hour, and the crossing lasts approx. 50-55 minutes Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
