New luxurious villa Sandra with private pool in Medulin, only 900 from the sea Surrounded by green vegetation, the new luxury villa Sandra in Medulin is the ideal choice for you. The courtyard extends over 1300 square meters with a spacious 180 square meter villa and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. The villa is on a very quiet place and is very well connected to the center. To the main beach next to restaurants, bars, promenade you can reach 6-7 minutes with an easy walk. The beach is 900m from the villa. The villa has 4 beautifully furnished rooms with 4 private bathrooms, each with air conditioning, a Wi-Fi connection and access to the pool. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchen elements, has a large dining table and an exit to the garden in the pool. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols as well as BBQ. The villa also offers private parking. The Villa Sandra is wonderful to rent for a pleasant vacation near the sea.
