Oiza Luxe "Sand Castles 15" at the Beach is a fantastic apartment on the longest beach in Mallorca (10 km) of fine white sand and clear turquoise waters.



The apartment complex is housed in the White City by the famous architect Saenz de Oíza. So Oiza Garden at the Beach Luxe adds the privilege of enjoying a house designed by the most influential Spanish architect of the second half of the twentieth century in the most spectacular beach north of the island.



The apartment Oiza Luxe Garden at the Beach, with excellent quality and elegant wooden furniture, wicker and rattan, highlighted by the warm tiled floors and an elegant interior of rustic and colonial American aesthetic in highlighting exquisite pieces antique that decorates the kitchen and the hall.



We get a superb terrace on the sea with nice furnishings in brown and elegantly decorated with candles, with sun loungers, a dining area and a charming outdoor coffee and reading corner with spectacular views of the Mediterranean.



When we access into the magnificent apartment we find the fantastic and bright living room open to the functional kitchen equipped with a TV area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, elegant area Dining at different heights and integrated kitchen with a magnificent view breakfast bar.



To the left is locating a family bathroom with functional furniture and large shower in beige tile and glass partition.



Next to we find the Twin Bedroom, with beautiful linens in patchwork, crochet and velvet green, ocher, brown, aubergine and burgundy and a nice decocrativo.



Finally, we are facing the double master bedroom with en suite bathroom and elegant furniture in wrought iron and precious decorative objects and clothing bed handmade patchwork, also in green and maroon. The bathroom in this bedroom is elegant and has a spacious shower.



The apartment also has a great, large backyard, air conditioning and heating and WIFI.



The apartment is located in the best area of Puerto Alcudia with all amenities for the best entertainment available.
