This designer holiday apartment flooded with daylight is in the attic and is within walking distance of the long beach in front of Crikvenica along the picturesque Vinodol coast in the sunny south of Croatia.Luxurious, recently renovated (2016) designer holiday apartment in the attic with a 360° panoramic view over the Crikvenica Riviera from the extensive private sunny terrace, and a car parking space in the garage belonging to the house

The generous holiday apartment with 100m² of living space is on the top floor of a three-storey apartment building that was newly built in 1969 and renovated in 2016. It provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units in the hall and in the first bedroom. It has an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, three bedrooms, a spacious daylight bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The living room provides a cream-coloured sofa, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, and a dining table with six chairs. The white, glossy built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with all the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, mixer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Of the three bedrooms, two have a big double bed and one has two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be pushed together as a double bed. One of the double bedrooms also has its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The daylight bathroom with light tiles has a walk-in shower with a rain shower, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. There is a convenient separate guest toilet with a washing machine. Each guest is provided with bed linen, as well as one big and one small towel. The reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

Wide glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto your private sunny terrace with a sun lounger, a table and chairs. You can enjoy the unique panoramic sea view over the blue Adriatic whilst sunbathing. An awning provides shade for your leisurely holiday meals during the hotter daytime hours. You can use a parking space in the garage on request for a small fee. If you are interested in this, please indicate it on your booking.

Your designer holiday apartment is a little less than 100 metres from the blue sea and the long beach, where you can also find the nearest shopping facilities and a good range of cafés and restaurants. It is about 450 metres to the centre of Crikvenica with historical sights, colourful markets and an aquarium where you can admire more than 150 types of fish. Of course the famous hiking trail along the Crikvenica Riviera is also a must, where you can enjoy eight kilometres of the Adriatic coast on foot.
