This practical holiday home in Bugalowstil is located on the outskirts of Playa de Palma. It has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy leisurely outdoor dining. You can spend beautiful moments under the palm tree or stroll down to the nearby beach (700 metres). The gently sloping sandy beach is ideal for small children. In high season the town is quite lively and guests can rent water sports equipment or bicycles here. The area has good transport connectivity, so you do not necessarily need a rental car. Even Palma, the island's capital with many restaurants, shopping facilities and many other attractions, is easily accessible by public transport. From 1st June to 30th September, groups with participants under 30 years of age are not allowed.
