Charming beachside villa Serenity with private pool
Villa Serenity is a beautiful beachside holiday villa situated on island Čiovo, just 6 km from the historical UNESCO protected town Trogir connected to the island with a bridge and 12 km from Split airport.
This traditionally furnished and charming house is located just 20 m from the sea in a peaceful and secluded area which provides complete privacy, which is additionally emphasized by the size of the property, covering the total area of 3500 m2, while the house itself spreads on 90 m2.
What makes this house truly an oasis of peace and tranquility is the spacious outdoor area with an olive grove on the one side of the house and a breathtaking view spreading to the nearby islands of Sveta Fumija and Kraljevac on the other side. The house is surrounded by a cascade Mediterranean garden with various plants and greenery, creating a feeling of being in a true Mediterranean paradise. An exit from the property leads directly to the pebble beach with a private mooring for a boat.
